Sponsor FOSS4G:UK 2025 Leeds
FOSS4G:UK in Leeds will be the first full in-person national event in the UK since FOSS4G:UK 2019 in Edinburgh, and we expect there to be over 200 delegates, with a full programme of keynotes, delegate talks and workshops. Recent OSGeo:UK events, including FOSS4G:UK SW last year in Bristol and FOSS4G:UK Local in 2023 have proved to be very popular, but there is strong demand for a nationwide event at a central location. We have therefore selected Horizon Leeds, a professional conference centre in central Leeds, as our venue. This is well suited to our scale and requirements, with space for stands, networking and banners.
OSGeo:UK is entirely funded from donations and sponsorship. In order to maximise attendance we want to keep the cost to attendees as low as possible, with generous discounts for students and unwaged people. We are therefore looking for sponsors to enable us to make FOSS4G:UK 2025 a great success and to allow OSGeo:UK to continue to provide financial support to open source projects.
As a sponsor you are helping us deliver the event in its entirety. Your sponsorship will go towards our logistics, organisation, venue costs, administration, and enabling OSGeo:UK to continue its work in showcasing open source GIS software in the UK.
