Welcome back to Horizon Leeds, an award winning, leading-edge conference learning and meeting space which champions new technology, superb locally sourced catering and vibrant, creative spaces full of natural daylight. After a successful conference last year, we are back with this venue to hold the 2026 year conference.

We have booked the entire venue for the conference days and looking forward to welcome up to 200 delegates. The Create@ space allows everyone to see our keynote presentations. In addition to the Inspire@ and Think@ spaces we have the option to divide the main forum and provide as many of you as possible the opportunity to present engaging talks and workshops.

Horizon being part of the NHS Confederation means that any profit generated by the venue will support vital health services.

The venue is under ten minutes walk from Leeds railway station and we hope that many of you will be able to travel by train - a 25% discount is available on LNER trains to Leeds, using this link and the code CONLEE28. There’ll also be a social event at the Howard Assembly Rooms (HAR) Bar on the evening of Monday 12th October for an additional cost of £20 (including food and your first drink), which can be booked separately, whether you are coming to the conference or not.

The central location offers good availability of accommodation nearby.

The Leonardo Hotel Leeds is located next to Horizon Leeds.

The Hilton Leeds City is located next to Leeds Station.

Both Hotels quoted us around £150 per night.
